When most people hear “love languages,” they think of dating and relationships. But love languages are so much bigger than romance — they’re about how we give and receive support in every part of life.
For mothers, this couldn’t be more true. We spend our days pouring out love — feeding, nurturing, working, showing up — but how often do we receive love in the ways that fill us back up?
My strongest love languages — words of affirmation, acts of service, and quality time — have carried me through motherhood and shaped how I approach life. They also inspired me to create FLOESSA. This product, this movement, was born out of my own experience as a mother, my determination to solve the challenges I faced, and my vision to bring dignity and support back to moms everywhere.

Motherhood is often invisible work. The 3 a.m. feedings, the quiet tears in the bathroom, the endless to-do lists that no one else sees. And yet, sometimes words do keep a mom going — but only when they go deeper than clichés.
