I’m a mom, founder, and fierce advocate for better breastfeeding support, building FLOESSA to make feeding easier, calmer, and more compatible with real life. FLOESSA is a hands‑free direct‑feed wearable breast pump designed to let moms nourish their babies discreetly while working, resting, or moving through their day—without bottles, spills, or constant interruptions.
My mission is to help moms feed their babies with ease and save their sanity during one of the most demanding seasons of life. Too many women are forced to choose between breastfeeding and getting things done; FLOESSA is being created so they no longer have to.
Funds from this campaign will support finalizing the working prototype, engineering and product testing, early regulatory and safety steps, and the first small production run so we can get FLOESSA into the hands of real moms. I’ll be sharing updates, behind‑the‑scenes progress, and honest milestones throughout the journey so backers can see exactly how their support moves the product forward.

Caroline is a retired C‑suite executive in medical devices with deep expertise in hospital operations, clinical validation, and FDA/regulatory strategy. At RTI Surgical, she led R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical operations, managed international expansion across Asia, and oversaw the company's German subsidiary. Her industry leadership extends to the board of BioFlorida, where she chairs the Tissue Products Workgroup for the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed) and holds key roles within the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB). At FLOESSA, Caroline serves as executive mentor and scientific advisor, guiding product development, clinical evidence strategy, and partnership decisions to ensure safe, scalable adoption in clinical settings.

Juan Gonzalez is a Volusia County entrepreneur with 20+ years in the plumbing trade and owner of Johnny Gonzalez Plumbing Inc., where he leads a 10+ person team serving residential and commercial clients. He also holds investments in Colonial Plumbing and is active in community efforts, including Homes for Veterans and local charities that support families in need.
After seeing FLOESSA online and recognizing how it solves breastfeeding challenges his own family experienced, Juan became the company’s first angel investor. His involvement brings real‑world business judgment, local credibility, and community connections that validate FLOESSA as both a strong business and a mission that resonates with everyday parents.
